Core Stability
The use of a Swiss ball, allows you to concentrate on every muscle group, with bonus that your postural muscles are constantly challenged. You can therefore target specific areas for firming and shaping, enabling you to achieve fantastic toning results for a leaner, more youthful body. All levels are welcome.

Legs, Bum & Tum
Muscle toning attack those difficult areas. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Fabs Abs (stomach area)
Targeting stomach area. Suitable for all who seek the perfect mid section.

Yoga
Yoga based on breathing, co-ordination, mobility, flowing movements and stamina. Low impact suitable for all levels and ages.

Oriental Dancing
Belly dancing is a great way of strengthening your core muscles as well as toning the upper and lower body. You don't have to show your belly and you don't have to wear fancy costumes, but its great fun, and you still can lose weight.

Circuit Training
Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training format utilizes a group of 6 to 10 strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a prescribed time before moving on to the next exercise. Suitable for all levels.

Running
Many individuals choose running as an activity as it is relatively easy to diarise a quick training session into a busy day, can use the opportunity get outside, enjoying local parks or other open spaces.

Dance style Aerobics
From hip-hop, disco, salsa and funk. Explore a variety of user-friendly dance-based choreography and take home the skills to build stylish, energetic and uplifting routines that will leave you breathless and fun way of losing weight.

Group X for Generaton Y teaching Teens Module
Street dance – A funky, hiphop based street jam session performed to all the latest and coolest dance tracks. Hula Hoop – A great class fun way losing weight and tonning up class using Hula hoops. Bollywood – A low impact session using all the latest Bollywood moves and music. fun for all age groups. Total Body conditioning – Working the whole body using light resistance bands to increase muscular strength and tone. Strike – A non contact martial arts abased classes inspired by Boxing, Kick Boxing and Karate in a traditional group fitness class environment. Cheer Leading – A fun workout learn all different moves helps with cardiovascular and tonning up. onning up. Salsa – Fun and energetic class where you can learn all the moves like samba cha cha. Great for fitness body co-ordination and confidence.

Boot Camp
If you are looking for a change from gym or perhaps something different to spice up your fitness routine. The boot camp session could be just the thing for you! Boot camp is well designed fitness program. Women of all ages, sizes and shapes are welcome. The sessions are structured to suit everyone's capabilities and you can achieve your full potential. Boot camp is a four week intensive training, which is held for three times a week. Boot camp is a mixture of military style workout, which takes places indoor or outdoors (whatever the weather, whatever the season!) Mixture of exercises includes cardiovascular, strength and muscular work out. We also offer different styles of Boot Camp! (Coming soon) ! Wedding Boot Camp ! Children's Boot Camp ! Power Plate
The power-Plate is a highly efficient machine designed to safely and effectively accelerate training time and results, by stimulating the body's natural response to vibration. By standing on the Power- Plate you will notice how your body automatically adjusts to the vibrations, activating muscle contractions between 30 to 50 times per second, while recruiting nearly 100% muscle fiber. Quite simply your muscle for 60 second per posture is working 3 to 5 times harder than traditional strength training, therefore cutting your training time by a third.
