I enjoy Fuzzyfitness for many reasons but mostly because I am made to work to my absolute limit and the exercises are tailored to my specific goals and even after 8 weeks I still get the after effect (pulling muscles) the next day, proving to myself I have worked hard! Having completed 6 weeks of Personal Training I have achieved a great results-losing both weight & inches. I have had fun doing it (something I'd never have believed) and am looking forward to continuing with Farzana to maintain my fitness levels. The yoga classes leave me incredibly relaxed and have improved my posture and flexibility and eased my post pregnancy back pain. I would highly recommend Fuzzy fitness. Well what can I say I joined Fuzzyfitness for Personal Training? This was a six week block; I was really impressed with the results I saw each week, dropping from all areas. This was all because Farzana, she is very good at what she does with her motivating Personality & Character. The sessions she provided were targeted and different each week. Which was very effective? I looked forward to going to Personal Training sessions because I know I would get a fantastic workout as Farzana always make sure I was doing the different exercises correctly so I could receive the full benefits. I have known Farzana for quite some time. I could tell you she has come a long way, and done really well for herself. My first fitness class was with her in February 2010 when I did Belly dancing it was so much fun wiggling the shimmy. I have started Yoga, I also enjoy that very much it's soothing and relaxing and already my flexibility has improved. Honey

I found the training very beneficial as I have l have lost 5lb in four weeks and drop a dress size from 14-12. Which if I tried myself I would not have succeeded I have also gained confidence and started wearing clothes that looks great on me! Farhana, Boot camp
I joined Fuzzy Fitness to do the boot camp sessions and i was amazed by the results and that was just in week one. People noticed the difference immediately and that really gave me a boost. The sessions may be tough but very very effective because the inches have been dropping off week by week, nothing I have tried before has ever given me such quick results. I found Farzana an excellent trainer, she is a great motivator and ensures the exercise are done properly so that you get the full benefit, you don't get that at the gym. Once I finished Boot Camp I will carry on doing other session as Farzana has given me a great kick start! Lena
Good training can feel the effects, enjoy the way the training is taught, though it is strict it's not too much so that I would not or don't enjoy it. A good balance I feel between pushing us to achieve our goals and understanding ours feelings and any injuries. I would say it was definitely worth the money. The Boot Camp was tough, but in a week I noticed the difference in my body. I have lost 2 pounds and few inches too. Over the four weeks I lost half a stone and 7 inches all over, and my body was toned, also my energy levels have doubled. I enjoyed the Boot Camp and I would recommend an excellent motivator. Fuzzy Fitness was amazing! The amount of strength & energy I got from it was incredible! With a mix of cardio, toning & muscle strength and endurance. I now have the energy to do the exercises properly! My level of fitness has also increased. If you don't want to go to the gym, this is good fun way to lose weight with healthy eating plans and everything! I would definitely recommend it! Neha
